We often sell to first time homebuyers and therefore have established certain programs that we feel are best suited for this group as well as others interested in our product.
3. The lender will set a meeting with you to discuss your credit score, income level and amount of loan that you are able to qualify for.
4. At this point you will hopefully receive a positive response and you will have a good understanding of the amount of loan with which you can be comfortable.
5. Once you have decided to proceed, your lender of choice will guide you through the process until the purchase of your home is complete.
6. You receive the keys to your new home.
