The tax abatement program is a ten year program that reduces the amount of property tax that the homeowner is required to pay. You will only pay tax on the land and appreciated value of your home over that ten year period.

This translates to substantial monthly savings. Having more disposable income will often help you qualify for a loan and with less going to pay property taxes you get to keep more of your hard earned income.

Many of Sentaur’s houses qualify for the tax abatement program. Therefore, if our buyer’s meet the eligibility requirements they are able to take full advantage of the program and the associated property tax benefit.
