Sentaur takes great pride in constructing a quality home. We have developed a warranty program that helps cover certain defects or flaws in the materials that were used in the building of your house. Please take a moment to review the information below to gain an understanding of our warranty program and the manner in which it is implemented.
Cosmetic Issues Covered for 30 Days
Sentaur will repair cosmetic deficiencies that were caused by defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 30 days. Any cosmetic deficiencies that were caused by the homeowner will not be covered under this warranty.
Cosmetic deficiencies include:
- Chipped or scratched countertops, cabinets, paint, flooring, tile, grout, marble, plumbing fixtures, windows, or mirrors.
- Dents in the garage door
- Torn screens
One year home warranty coverage
Sentaur offers one year warranty coverage on your new home. Please contact us for additional details or clarification.
One time drywall touch up
Sentaur offers our homeowners a one time touch up request that can be exercised anytime during the first year from the date of your purchase. This touch up covers repair of cracks and blemishes that occur as your new home acclimates to the climate and surrounding conditions. We recommend that you exercise this option in the 11th or 12th month of the first year thereby giving your home the maximum time to acclimate. 11th month warranty visit
As part of our commitment to providing quality customer service we will schedule a courtesy walk though that will take place in the 11th month following the close date. This gives our homeowners the opportunity to ask questions about their home. In addition, it gives our representatives the chance to identify warrantable items that need to be addressed before the end of the one year warranty period.
